Greg Mason
Greg began working with computers before the IBM PC became a mainstream product in the late1980’s. He’s evolved through out the years, right along with the technology. As a professional IT consultant, Greg loves solving technical problems large and small, along with integrating and implementing
new technology solutions for small businesses. These New England based businesses are from a variety of industries including accounting, finance,
legal, manufacturing, education and medical. One of his main focuses has developed into supporting Dental offices with their practice management software solutions and digital imaging systems. These solutions include Dentrix, Patterson Eaglesoft, Practiceworks, Softdent and Orthotrac. In
addition to providing technical expertise to his clients, Greg enjoys giving back to the community as a volunteer for inventor Dean Kamen’s organization FIRST.
Pamela McDonough
Pam brings over two decades of sales, customer service and account management experience to the gregmason.com team. Prior to joining the company, she worked in a similar capacity for several large corporations and high tech start-up companies including Segway LLC, the inventor of the two-wheeled Segway human transporter and the leader in personal, green transportation. In addition to her previous high tech experience, Pam’s commitment to customer service, unmatched people skills and willingness to go the extra mile has prepared her for the fast-paced office environment of information technology services. Jason Walsh
Jason began working with computers at the age of seven. He not only played games on his computer, he wrote game programs which helped him develop complex programming and problem solving skills. As an adult, it was natural for Jason to merge his technical skills and love of computers with the needs of the marketplace. Jason spent five years building and repairing computer systems and one year as a desktop support technician for Fidelity Investments. He learned to understand the challenges of IT and how to support clients who may not be technically skilled themselves but must have technology systems that work to assure the success of their business.
When Jason joined Greg in the dynamic and demanding IT consultant field, they brought together their combined 27 years of experience to help small businesses enjoy IT systems that work together and work right.

Don Iverson
Don has worked in the information technology services industry for over 30 years. Previous experience includes computer programming, system networking and software development with a specialization in data conversion and systems integration. In addition to providing IT support to the financial services and hospitality industries, he has also managed software systems enhancement for manufacturing and warehousing distribution companies. Don’s wealth of technology experience and his ability to resolve IT issues across a variety of industries make him a great fit for the gregmason.com team.
